Want to Write Quality Business Articles? Start Building Your Business One Article at a Time

I’m sure you’re reading all over the Internet that content is one of the most important components of building your business, and in my opinion I agree that writing an article and posting it throughout the Internet is an essential way to finding your desired targeted traffic.

If you have never written business articles before, you have to remember key things to make sure your article is a success, and attracts the readers searching for your information. Take the approach of writing one article at a time, and don’t worry about how many you need to create to get the exposure. Just like developing a business plan, you want to ensure that you do all your necessary research, compile it in an easy to read format that you know will allow your readers to follow without losing the message half way through!

I read so many business articles that lose me by the second paragraph, because I notice their intentions are to promote their business, and not offer any valuable information that I’m seeking to help me. This may be done intentionally, but sometimes I truly feel these writers are trying to do too much in such little time, and they want to produce and send out as much as they can at one time, not realizing that they are compromising the quality of their article and the message they want to get out to the readers.

If you’re in business for a short-term, that’s fine, you can produce useless content and spread it throughout the Internet. However, in my opinion, I would rather take the time and create an article that when someone reads it, they will say that it helped them in some way.

Your expertise, and if you’re promoting a web site business can be jeopardized very quickly, so don’t ever underestimate the people reading your article. They have vast knowledge already, they do their research, but sometimes they need that little bit of information to get them back on track, and if you can provide them the information they’re looking for, your one article will be on its way to being very successful!

Once you’ve finally developed that keyword rich, informative article explaining how your business products can help make people’s lives so much better, you will also notice that your well-written business articles will be quickly picked up by some of the top ezine and content publishers.

This is important, because you want to get your message out to as many people as you can, and this is achieved by sending them to top directories that distribute your content for you. If you create a poorly written article, chances are these content directories will not touch it. This is a very good indication that your company has to go back to the drawing board and start revamping your article!

When you take the time to create an article that many readers will take your information and use it to help them better their lives, you will have achieved something that many bad article writers don’t, and that’s business authority, and respect. In the long run if you stick to developing more value-based articles rather than a large volume of badly written articles, you will surely build a successful foundation for your business for many years to come!

The 5 Home Internet Business Article Success Makers

Yes, the home internet business article is an information product, which has to influence in a very competitive environment mostly against all other marketing articles. Because it is an information product, it must fulfill certain requirements to be effective. First it must be able to stand out from the crowd and to arouse interest, but finally a good article persuades the reader to click the link in the bio box.

1. The Title.

The title is the most important element of the home internet business article. It has basically two jobs, it has to be able to stand out from the crowd and it has to arouse the right kind of an interest in the minds of the surfers.

Because the optimized article has a target to climb high on the search engine result pages, or to help the landing page to increase the ranking, it must include the keyword. A reader will be happy, if an article title includes a promise about the benefit, which he will get, if he will read the article.

2. The Teaser.

If the title will catch the reader interest, then the teaser has to increase the interest without telling the whole story of the article, and never the promise of the landing page. To put it simply, the teaser tries to guarantee, that a reader will read the body copy or will jump directly to read the bio box.

3. The Body.

When a title includes the keyword, the body copy includes the main keyword plus maybe the two secondary ones. The body copy tells in an exciting way about the landing page but does not reveal the main idea. That is the job of the landing page.

4. The Bio Box.

If the title is the most important element, the bio box is the next important. The job of the bio box is to persuade the reader to click the link in a very enthusiastic state of the mind. The box must also include the hyperlink to the landing page and to use the main keyword as the hyperlink text. This is called the anchor text.

5. The Optimization.

The article optimization means, that the writer has selected the main keyword plus perhaps two secondary keywords, which he will use in the text. The idea is to tell to the reader and to the search engine spider, what is the topic of the article. By the keyword the search engine spider can raise the ranking of the landing page on the correct result page.

As you can see, the article has a very clear construction. When you think the different parts separately, you will be able to write more effective articles. This is very important, because the articles will work both long and short term.

Psychics In Business: Applying Metaphysics to Business Article 1

PSYCHICS AND THE WORLD OF BUSINESS

You may well ask yourself what these two, apparently diverse paradigms, have to do with each other. One, the area of the psychic seems subjective, “New-Agey”, perhaps consulting a psychic is what you do to entertain yourself on a whim! A perk for clients and staff, alongside the annual Christmas party. And then there’s the world of business: hard facts, bottom line objective data, cold decisions. However, these two worlds may not be as far apart as you might at first realize.

There is an intersection of the two systems on the people or interpersonal level. People and their dynamics can make or break a business. The collective intention held by a corporation can spell its success or demise. This is where a psychic comes in!

Psychics read the energy and subtle signals. We notice where the energy is flowing well, and where it is blocked, and we can see the openings, and hidden opportunities. Psychics can keep things moving and smooth out the rough spots.

I started working as a psychic a few years after I left the corporate world. In the last seven or eight years of my business career I had the good fortune of working for a brilliant East Indian man who was naturally inclined to trust my knowings. My work kept me out of the office for days at a time, but I was always up to date with the office gossip, who was happy and who wasn’t, and usually why…. occasionally I would see something that I couldn’t explain or deal with directly… so I would trudge along to S.’s office… “It might be a good idea for you to talk with Joe today, something’s up, can’t tell you what”… minutes later I would watch him call Joe into his office and soon after thier meeting he’d pass my office with a thumbs up, signalling that the issue had been dealt with… I rarely knew what I had seen or how it was resolved, just that some challenge or obstacle had been cleared away…. I recall a time when I arrived one bright Monday morning after being away for several weeks. I didn’t take time to hang my coat before marching into S.’s office: “What’s up? You can cut the air with a knife in here.” When he told me to shut the door and sit down, I knew I was right. The tension in the office was very real, we had missed an important deadline, a key analyst had quit in frustration, the company president was on his way down to sort things out with a set of very unhappy clients…

My knowings were valuable at work… I was involved in million dollar transactions, consulting with very large corporations in numerous specialized industries. By the time I left that world, I had travelled North America from coast to coast, and from Edmonton to Baton Rouge. I was the top selling account executive year after year… why? I give a lot of credit for my success to my good intuition… Although I hated cold-calling, I was actually very good at it… again, especially when I allowed my intuition to lead, to know when to call and what to say to engage the prospect in conversation about their business. My style was to consult even while I sold… as I got the client talking, my intuition zeroed in on what was important. Being a reader of energy, I could easily understand how the business flowed, how it worked as a unit and how my solution could fit the requirements… and as a reader of people, I could see where the client was engaged in the process, and how I could encourage him to commit.

There are so many ways that psychics in business can make a good business more profitable, or help to save a struggling operation. In the past many years I have often been invited into an organization to read for their staff and clients… and they always report an improvement in morale after we’ve been on site. But our results have been more obvious in many other cases… from being able to advise a client about the risks around equipment purchases and capital expenditures, to directly impacting the bottom line with direction about new products, services or markets that might be available.

I think, though, the most valuable service that we psychics can provide business is in teaching our clients to tap into and trust their own intuitions, to learn to rely more on their good instincts…. S. was a man of instinct, a gambler who had an awesome talent for reading the people and the situation… his instincts made him a multi-millionaire…… That is why we present this series on psychics in business… first to prove that psychics are valuable in the business world, and second to help our visitors to notice their businesses in new ways, to learn to read the subtle signals, to see and follow the energy flows. We believe that developing your psychic abilities actually increases your IQ, it nurtures your business creativity – and in business it can mean the difference between good and great, success or failure…

Every business is something of a gamble… by reading the possibilities and probabilities, psychics help you increase the odds of success.

Life Coach Business and Article Marketing

Without a doubt, the best way to get yourself known in a specific type of niche is through article marketing. It goes through some commonly used built in filters to make it more believable than paid advertisements. In fact, you can convey your knowledge or skill of your chosen niche by means of this method. Likewise, life coach business practices this kind of method. Let us take a look at the following reasons for the role that article marketing plays to make your life coach business prosper.

Your coaching message can be expressed by means of written articles. Every written article corresponds to the kind of life coach business you are in. It is imperative that every time you write an article for the purpose of conveying your coaching message, you have to look into the minds of your followers in order to know their needs and possible questions they might ask you in the future.

Once you are done with your research as well as incorporating important keywords in your nicely written articles, you can then attract the attention of future clients. This can be a good start of your life coaching business.

Now that you have gotten the attention of your clients, your coaching message should not only excite and stimulate their interests but also make them crave for more. Given that these clients are pleased with the message of your articles, they would even ask to communicate with you on a more personal level.

This is now an encouraging sign for you to make your life coaching business and your readers meet at a point where they are going to take action by going to more of your links. In doing so, they can view and understand more of your niche from your articles.

Your unique and powerful articles may be published by other article directories and publishers where huge traffic are generated. Moreover, if you have researched well and included your keywords properly, your potential clients will surely be attracted to read and even be a part of your blogs, and your website. This is an advantage for the success of your coaching business.

Your articles can be used as a tool for list building. A resource box is needed in every article you write. Through this resource box, the readers will be able to access your website with a single click, then they can go through your email list as well as download from your website. The more you impart to them your coaching message through email, the more you will be known as an expert in your coaching business.

When promoting your life coach business, your primary goal should be to expand your email for your list building. Through the email list, you can have an opportunity to communicate on a daily basis with real people that are on your list. This will not only build up your reputation as a life coach but also encourage your readers to become one of your coaching clients. Therefore, you are slowly making your life coach business successful.

Business Article Marketing – Why Computer Software Damages Your Success

Business article marketing is popular amongst website businesses after they saw the SEO benefits from releasing their articles. They also revealed the strenuous work behind business article marketing. Because of the frustration, impatience, & tediousness of business article marketing, we commonly use software to work out the trouble & do the time-consuming work for us. We only wait patiently & let it do the work for us. Mission accomplished?

Actually, you may realize that your troubles have only just begun. You purchase a unique article of your own. You present it to hundreds of article directories. Many article web sites accept your article. Your article appears in the Google index. You celebrate. A few days later, nearly all of the indexed articles get filtered. You find out you have been suspended by some article directories. What’s going on?

Article spamming is one scheme of many that Google expects. When it observes the same article coming out all of a sudden in countless places too quickly, it is a visible alarm bell that automated software was used. Because some people submit articles too quickly, no time was given for them to index. This takes away the legitimacy and value of the article and the anchor link text building. It starts to look unnatural. The steep price to this is that your business article marketing submissions get almost completely removed from Google’s index. Most benefits from your article marketing goes with it.

Look at it from a different point-of-view.

Imagine that you offer a search engine that companies trust in everyday to get an address for a 7-Eleven or supply store, info on how to tune up a truck, or educational data for a school report. Rather than students receiving quality details that are trusting that your search engine has, they instead find low-quality information, as well as sites and articles that have subject matter of zero value because it was either spammed all over your search engine using automated computer software or stolen from someone else. Would you let it continue that way if people criticized you and stated they would go to a better search engine for the information they need? If you’re serious about having unique content, you will listen to your customers.

The more unnatural your business article marketing is, the sharper the risk that you just wasted your time. The same applies if the article service provider you thought you could trust relies on automated computer software to accomplish exactly the same thing. This harsh reality is one of the drawbacks that article programs & service vendors will never mention in that award-winning sales letter promising the world to you.

You’ll quickly realize how sensitive & harsh business article marketing really is. In addition to article directories getting smarter & detecting the usage of automatic applications infringing on their website, paying hundreds of bucks on “one-click” software packages will become a bad experience. Your most trustworthy services are professional, English fluent article service carriers who manage your company article internet marketing via hand & know how to understand what brings about Google to leave out your content as well as keeping it from happening to you.

Branding Your Business with Article Marketing

The vast reach of article marketing is immense. It shows that you don’t have to have a great deal of technical programming knowledge to achieve a high ranking in the search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. For, interestingly enough, the same results can be achieved through strategic article marketing through the use of business branding with an internet marketing article for small business.

Article Marketing works quite effectively. Now, with the quality marketing article that you’ve produced, you’ll send it for publication either in your in-house newsletter or for distribution through article marketing channels. Either way, you’re accessible to your audience and some of them will choose to read these articles depending upon the relevance, quality, and, most importantly, newness and shelf life. Don’t forget, that along with your article, your signatory part that includes your name, URL, etc also gets distributed. This is known as the “resource box” or the “about the author” box. If it’s good and people feel it’s important, they will refer, forward, copy and may also use the article at some other websites. Another benefit is the high ranking of the major article directories for marketing articles. This intrinsically means that you will begin to brand yourself and your business in your niche market.

This is especially beneficial to the small business who is seeking to brand themselves in the eyes of their market. In fact, many businesses got their start through the use of strategic internet marketing business articles. If you own a business or stand to benefit from the sale of a product, you should look into marketing your business and branding your business through marketing articles. If you would like to take this step in generating world wide marketing appeal and web presence, then I highly recommend the use of the article marketing service that you will find below.

Does The Article Topic Really Matter When Doing Local Business Article Marketing?

Writing articles for local business article marketing is a bit different than writing articles for a website that is not tied to any location.

When you are writing articles for a local business, your main keywords will include your city. It is awfully hard to write every article on your topic and also having to legitimately do with your city.

Many people try to do this, and their articles end up declined on the publisher level. You see, in order to include your city in your article title and the article body, the article must provide information that specifically applies to that city.

For example, if you have an article entitled “How To Buy A House In Miami, Florida”, the article must specifically deal with buying a house in Miami and would not include tips that apply to any location on the planet.

You may be able to come up with a few articles that are specific to your location and your niche, but very quickly you will run out of topics.

That is okay and nothing to worry about why?

Because your goal with article marketing is for your website to get a higher ranking in Google, and it is the link in your resource box (with your location specific keyword terms forming the link) that tells Google what your website is about and influences your search engine ranking.

So, I always tell local business owners not to worry about trying to get your location in the article body and title just write on your general niche and then use your location specific keywords in the resource box, making sure that you use your keywords as anchor text for the link.

Recently I received an interesting question on this topic, and I thought it would be worthwhile to cover in an article:

“If article marketing is really about getting links from the resource box, then does it matter what the article itself is about? For example, if I am a London dentist, would it not work just as well for me to write articles about London theater and then have a resource box that uses the keywords ‘London dentist’?”

Great question does the article topic really matter when doing local business article marketing.

Most certainly yes! Why?

1 – Context Matters:

When Google is looking at the link going to your website, it looks at all the content on the web page. The context in which the link to your website is found increases the significance (the importance) of the link.

So, a link using the words ‘London dentist’ will make much more sense to Google if it is found on a page containing information about dentistry than about the theater.

Always write on your general niche!

2 – Remember you are writing for humans, first and foremost.

Now, imagine that someone interested in London theater finds your article and loves it. They look at the resource box to learn more about the author and see where they can find more information about this topic, and what do they find?

Information about London dentists! What?

What are the odds that a person interested in the theater would feel compelled to click the link in that resource box going to the dentist’s website? Pretty low I imagine.

The lesson: Don’t waste your chance to get a direct click-through from your article. You are hoping to attract people who are interested in your niche, so you must write articles that are on that topic.

Always write for your target readers!

Doing local business article marketing is not hard. You just need to make a little strategy adjustment to how you write. Writing on your general topic (rather than on your city and your topic) will help you write articles more easily. The easier it is for you to come up with writing topics on your niche, the more likely you will be to maintain your article submissions over the long term, which is a necessary ingredient to article marketing success.

Remember, always write on your general niche and leave the location specific keywords for your resource box. It will pay off in the end!

How To Write High Quality Articles For Promoting Your Business?

Article marketing is one of the most powerful and widely used Internet marketing techniques. You can enjoy constant traffic through article marketing and this is one of the cheapest marketing techniques out there. If you are writing articles by yourself, you can market your business for absolutely free of cost! Most business owners like the idea of writing articles on their own but they are not very confident about the quality of their final product. Writing high quality articles is really simple by following these steps:

· Organizing - Organizing is very important in producing high quality articles. Prepare a list of products and services you want to promote. It’s not possible for you to promote your business with a single article but you need many of them. Create a list of titles to write articles on and make plans with the help of a calendar.

· Brainstorming – Brainstorming is extremely important. Brainstorming not only helps you to produce high quality articles but it will also help you to save significant amount of time while writing. Many of us start thinking about what to write once we sit in front of the computer but this is the worst way to produce a good article. You need to have clear focus before starting your work. Take a notepad or use the sticky notes feature on your computer to write down the important aspects. This will ensure that you’re not missing out any important point and at the same time, you can speed up the writing process.

· Writing First Draft – If you follow the first two steps, writing the first draft should be a very easy task. Most people directly proceed with writing the first draft but get stuck in this stage because their brain is filled with cluttered thoughts. Since you already cleared the cluttered thoughts and noted down important points to cover in your article, you can finish your first draft in 10 minutes!

· Editing - Now, you need to read your article thoroughly and make necessary changes. You probably have to rewrite a few sentences to make the article look better. However, a ‘better’ article doesn’t necessarily contain profound words but if you can convince your idea in an interesting manner, you wrote a great article!

· Title - A lot of people start writing an article after putting the title first. You can also give a title to your article once you finish writing the same. This way, you can make sure that the title is highly related to the article body.

Writing a high quality article is very easy but a lot of business owners fail to create interesting articles because they do not pay proper attention to generating ideas first. If you really want to write an article fast, the best possible way is to get a rough idea on what to be discussed on the article body. It doesn’t matter if you take a lot of time on brainstorming because you can write your article just within a few minutes. People who directly start writing an article waste a lot of time in the middle because they do not have clear ideas. This will result in a low quality article.

Creating Big Opportunities for Profit In Your Small Business

This small business article is about creating more opportunities for yourself to profit as a small business owner or entrepreneur. I wrote this small business article for those of us that know our businesses have more potential and want a model to tap into to get it.

Creating new profit-attracting opportunities comes from training your creative mind to find places for your business to provide value to your customer, clients and competitors so that new unfound money can find its way into your bank account.

Yes, I said provide value to your competitors. More about that shortly. For now, let’s look at what it takes to find new ways to grow your business that aren’t already common knowledge in your industry.

Let’s think for a minute: If we want results that only a industry leader can create, we have to stop being followers.

What we want to do instead is study strategies, tactics and ideas from leaders in other industries, then, find ways to take the model of what worked for them and implant those models of business success into our enterprise.

If no one has applied a specific small business idea to your specific industry before, there is a reason for it….so be creative and open minded…opportunity is everywhere once we learn how to find it.

The key take away from this article is that unfound gold is all around us…we just have to learn how to look and where to look. When we look in other industries it becomes easy to separate ourselves from our competitors.
